Rich in a historical past, where the vine has always held a leading role, Aÿ-Champagne, charming village Champenoise, located a few kilometers from Epernay, Capital of Champagne, reveals origins dating from the year 1130.

Henry IV, a good King of Navarre, baptized by his many courtiers "Sire d'Aÿ", installed his presses to produce with pride these famous wines of Aÿ, whose reputation has only increased tenfold.

Winemaking

Winemaking process is realized with care in our winery to preserve the characteristics of our “terroirs“.

The bottles rest for several years in our cellars and guarantee quality ageing. At the end of the vinification, we gather to assemble the harvest of the year and our wines of guards for the realization of wines rich in aromas.

We cultivate with care the three grape varieties of Champagne: Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay spread over different villages in Grand Cru : Aÿ-Champagne and Chouilly. In Premier Cru : Dizy, Grauves and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. In the Marne Valley : Cerseuil.

The geographical breakdown of our vineyard offers us a great diversity of winemaking like “monocépages“ and blending of wines.
